Don’t want to work out alone? Join one of our group fitness classes!

Our Group Fitness classes are an hour long. During this hour one of our qualified coaches will lead the group through a variety of strength and conditioning moments in a manner that will keep you engaged, burn fat and build muscle.

Whether you are just getting your fitness routine started or you’re interested in taking your fitness to the next level our classes are for you.

Our coaches will develop a personal workout plan based on your goals and current fitness level.

Whether it’s to lose weight, increase your strength and muscle tone or to improve your overall general fitness we can help. We will work with you in and out of the gym to keep you motivated, accountable and on track to be successful.

Young Athlete Development

Young athletes require a broad base of athleticism and strength. We focus on developing the foundations of strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and power with the end result being a well conditioned athlete resistant to injury.

Our youth program has been the primary strength and conditioning program for provincial and national champions in multiple sports including Football, Hockey, Track & Field, Volleyball, Baseball and Basketball.

Nutrition Coaching

Do you struggle with what to eat? Do you have specific body composition and/or performance goals? We can help!

This is not your average, numbers only macronutrient plan. We sit down to discuss your exact goals and your current lifestyle to design a plan that is customized to you. We also touch on other crucial lifestyle factors that affect your results such as sleep and stress management to aid in achieving your goals. 

  • An initial 60 minute consultation to discuss your goals and a 60 minute follow up to ensure you are set up for success with your new nutrition plan.
  • Custom caloric and macronutrient targets to reach your goals along with custom meal plans dependent on personal preference to assist in reaching these goals.
  • Weekly 30 minute sit down meetings to keep you accountable, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Unlimited access to your nutrition coach via text/email.
