With the end result being a well conditioned athlete resistant to injury.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Kids: Ages 8-11 @ 1:30 PM

Teens: Ages 12-15 @ 2:45 PM

*10 spots available for each session

Group Kids and Teens Program

Our Group Training program is designed to bring together young athletes in a motivating and dynamic environment. Participants will join a small group of peers who share similar fitness and athletic goals. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, they will engage in structured workouts that focus on strength, conditioning, and skill development. No only will they develop their athletic skills and start to learn the basics of what it is to stay healthy and active for a lifetime.

  • Small group (capped at 10 athletes per session)

  • hour long sessions

  • Kids Program: ages 8-11

  • Teens Program: 12-15

Individual Training Program

Our One-on-One Training program provides individualized coaching and attention for young athletes. Each athlete works closely with a dedicated coach who tailors training plans to their specific needs and goals. This program is ideal for those seeking personalized attention and rapid skill development.

Team Training

Our Team Training program is designed for sports teams looking to enhance their performance through specialized strength and conditioning programs. Our coaches work directly with your team, creating a tailored program that aligns with your sport's demands and goals.

  • Programs are adapted to the specific needs and demands of the team's sport, optimizing performance.

Facility Rental

Our Facility Rental option provides sports teams with the opportunity to rent our state-of-the-art training facility. This option is perfect for teams that have their own coaching staff and training programs but require access to top-notch equipment and a dedicated training space.

Surrey Athletics is Surrey's largest function training facility.  Few, if any, facilities can match Surrey Athletics ability to accommodate large teams in such a variety of strength training and conditioning areas with top-of-the-line equipment.

Full or Partial facility will be reserved for the athletes during their sessions.
